What we know so far.. Joe’s next studio album is titled “Driving Toward the Daylight”. The album was recorded in Las Vegas at The Palm Studios. The band playing on the album is an all star cast featuring Anton Fig, Brad Whitford (Aerosmith), Harrison Whitford (Brad’s Son), Jimmy Barnes, Michael Rhoads, Carmine Rojas, Blondie Chaplin (featured on Joe’s previous studio album Dust Bowl), and Arlan Oscar. Joe gives credit to Kevin Shirley for bringing together one heck of a band. Final mastering has been completed and Joe has been listening to the album, according to his post on Facebook.
Within the past week, Joe has added the title track “Driving Toward the Daylight” to his routine and it’s now appears in the setlist. Take a look at this YouTube video from Joe’s performance at Newcastle Arena on March 25, 2012.
As far as the release date goes, the scheduled release date is May 21st for Europe and May 22nd for the United States. As we find out more information about the album, such as artwork and track listing, it will be posted. A little bit less than two months until we get a new cup of Joe.

Awesome news break! Thanks for the post. I sincerely hope the rest of the music industry is watching Joe’s business model. It starts by letting fans record videos at live performances. Then letting them post pics and videos online. Then touring for the benefit of fans worldwide. Then cranking out new tunes and new CDs year after year. It seems like there is no end in sight for Joe’s talent and popularity. Keep up the great work posting about JB! -GuitarDaddy.
